Fletton Fly Ash Pits[edit]

As a film location[edit]

Very little of this is sourced - as far as I can tell, only the paragraph about GoldenEye actually has sourcing of any sort. The rest seems to have been added WP:INDISCRIMINATEly. It's been stripped down at least once; much of it reads like WP:FANCRUFT. Was it significant to the plot of those films and TV shows that the Nene Valley Railway was used - or could any preserved railway have served the purpose? --Redrose64 (talk) 17:41, 18 March 2016 (UTC)[reply]

Great Northern via Barnack[edit]

aka The Stamford and Essendine (Sibson branch) was not built by The Great Northern, it was privately constructed (by the Marquess of Exeter) and operated by the Great Northern for initially 50% of receipts. Stations were named Wansford Road, Ufford Bridge, and Barnack, not Southorpe or Sutton.
