Merge with pop punk[edit]

Due to this articke only having 8 sources I think it should be merged with the pop punk page instead of being a stand alone page. There are just not enough sources to back the genre up and many of them come from Alternative Press. Dekai Averett (talk) 22:42, 13 February 2019 (UTC)[reply]

I agree. It seems like the criteria for this is just regular pop punk just with more synths. "Neon pop" or "neon pop punk" may be a way to describe it but I don't think it's enough to really support a whole separate article. Maybe a small section in the main pop punk article.
