What does this phrase mean?[edit]

"...is a more highly produced half-hour evening show."

What does that mean? I don't want to change it, unless it really is just poor grammar. But if it's a technical term, perhaps it has a page on Wikipedia to which it can be linked? --Lloegr-Cymru^{£ ¥} 16:02, 16 March 2007 (UTC)[reply]
