Factual Error[edit]

A significant revision to this article: Following the jury deadlock, the prosecution did NOT decline to retry the case. The charges were dropped by Judge Harold Mulvey,(quite controversially) who said he believed it impossible to seat an impartial jury. Nothing but (talk) 15:15, 5 August 2010 (UTC)[reply]

National Guard[edit]

It might be interesting to note that the National Guard was called into New Haven. I was 12 at this time, and we saw them, dropping off the backs of army vehicles and disappearing between the houses. I don't know how we might follow up on that, though. Maybe the New Haven Register is online? I don't really edit here anymore, just ended up here reading to check some dates.
