Expansion of related articles and xref biographies can fill out the "many such departures" since 1920s. Although the departure of many SLP members to IWW or CPUSA was in wake of Russian Revolution, the following were purged for reasons having nothing in particular to do with that: Joseph Brandon, Sam Brandon, Louis Lazarowitz (Section Bronx 1920s). Olive Johnson. Nathan Dershowitz. Nick Simon. Eric Hass. Don Fitz. Frank Girard. Ben Perry.

Campaign for a Working Democracy[edit]

The NUP is now engaged in something it calls the "Campaign for a Working Democracy." I'm not exactly sure how to handle this in light of the article's content, which discusses the DeLeonist nature of the party; the current website of the NUP doesn't mention the word "socialism" or the names of Marx or De Leon. This was launched with much advertising by the NUP and the suspension of their paper. I'm going to begin substantial revision to reflect the changes; anyone who can fill in details would be very welcome to do so. Cadriel 01:40, 21 February 2006 (UTC)[reply]

In the comments above, you misspelled the name of Louis Lazarus. Your spelling of it as Lazarowitz was incorrect. I can see the spelling on the covers of his paperback pamphlets, but I am not aware of any online source to prove this. — Preceding unsigned comment added by Mikelepore (talkcontribs) 15:43, 2 February 2015 (UTC)[reply]
