Please know that "Nyhomes" is the name of a group of co-located New York State agencies This group includes the State of New York Mortgage Agency (SONYMA), New York State Housing Finance Agency (HFA), and the Affordable Housing Corporation (AHC), among others--all of which share a President/CEO, Board Chairman, and staff.

Eventhough the URL for Nyhomes' website is ".org", it is an official government entity of the State of New York. To support this, please see this article's newly added reference to the New York State Economic Recovery and Reinvestment Cabinet (http://www.recovery.ny.gov/TheCabinet/TheCabinet.htm), which lists the President/CEO of Nyhomes as a member of this official state body.
