Comments:

  1. Remove the picture from the infobox and place in the route description
  2. Try to get a map of the route for the infobox
  3. Is the exact year the route was formed known?
  4. Add some more information about the route and its history to the lead
  5. "several local roads, many of which lead to more homes"? sounds awkward. I don't think you need to mention the local roads lead to more homes
  6. Replace "gains the name" with "becomes"
  7. "the 219" sounds colliqual
  8. "fields are the main attractions"? sounds awkward, try rephrasing
  9. Last sentence of second paragraph of route description: "towards" should be singular
  10. In phrase "which follow the rest of the way", add "the route" after "follow"
  11. When the US 219 expressway was constructed in the 1970s and NY 391 was deisgnated, where were the original endpoints for NY 391?
  12. Place last sentece of history in preceding paragraph
  13. Remove "via an overlap with US 62" from parentheses
  14. In major intersections table, indicate US 219 junction is an interchange
