Not well characterised[edit]

I have changed the article to reflect the fact that currently Ni₂O₃ has not been well characterised i.e. no definitive crystal structure ahs been determined, although its existence has been inferred by many workers. Black nickel oxide is not Ni₂O₃ but may contain traces of Ni(III)- one supplier INCO descibes it as being NiO with some hydroxide----Axiosaurus (talk) 09:52, 25 July 2008 (UTC)[reply]

should Nickel oxide hydroxide not have its own wikipedia page?

Fake image?[edit]

The article states that the compound is not well characterized and that traces have been found, but it is illustrated with an image with a considerable amount of it? Surely it must be a completely different compound in the picture.
