Inclusion of articles that include the word "niggerhead" in their title[edit]

The most recent change here re-inserts a place name that includes the word "niggerhead". I had previously removed this link, commenting that we have many such articles, all with separate and distinct names. The guidance in the manual of style says:

Some entries may belong in a "See also" section at the bottom of the page...

6. Articles with the item as part of the name, but that are unlikely to be called by the ambiguous title: e.g., Spanish moss as part of a Moss dab page.

Use of Niggerhead by Ian Fleming[edit]

In Fleming's Thunderball the word niggerhead is used to describe an aquatic feature of some sort. According to Wiktionary this might be a form of coral. This use would appear not be listed here. Can anyone shed light on this, so that it might be listed? Also, the word is described is 'extremely offensive' in the lead. Who says it's extremely offensive?
