There are the RD28, RD28T, RD28ETi and the RD28E! The RD28E and RD28ETi are the Gasoline-Versions of the RD28! -- None of the RD28 series are gasoline engines, the D denotes diesel. The E denotes Electronic injection (instead of traditional mechanical injection), T for Turbo, i for intercooled.

Was the CD the diesel version of the CA, just as the RD was the diesel version of the RB?

Can anyone prove the existance of the RD28E 18valve cylinder head? There appear to be no documents/images/ of this head, and no visible differences between the supposed RD28 and RD28E versions.
