Name[edit]

Hi there, the park is official called (and only that) "Mamili (Nkasa Lupala) National Park". It was formerly only called Mamili National Park. All other names are simply wrong. Hi Chtrede, good to see you active again. Regarding the name, some tourism web sites explicitly mention a recent renaming from Mamili to Nkasa Lupala [Rupara]. The article itself was written by an insider, see User talk:Stralitzia for background. I actually think it is possible that the very consistent naming "Mamili (Nkasa Lupala) National Park" in the MET brochure is a reflection of a renaming from Mamili to Nkasa Lupala---or am I misguided here? --Pgallert (talk) 19:04, 29 August 2014 (UTC)[reply]
