Terminology[edit]

The correct expansion of "NOAEL" is "No observed adverse effect level" (not "observable"). (See <http://sis.nlm.nih.gov/enviro/iupacglossary/glossaryn.html> We know what we _have_ observed; we don't know what _might_ be observable.
