148.240.253.118 is wrong. These bullet protected hotels exist. I have seen some myself, but I have not stayed in one. Mr. 148.240.253.118 is located in Mexico City, he should drive north on the Anillo Periférico and look for one such motel in Ciudad Satélite. It is on the lateral going north. I can't remember the name of the place and I am at school outside the city or I could go over and get the inform myself. Also, a two minute Google search revealed a reference in CNNExpansion.
