So the no permission situation with the original (that was so large that the upload. server could not generate smaller images) has also been confirmed.

I've looked around in Flickr and Picasaweb, and right now there seem to be no images that can be commercially used (as one important criterion for having the file on Wikimedia Commons). Upgradeability to Windows 8[edit]

I've removed the section referring to the phone's ability to be upgraded to Windows 8 as it is pure conjecture. There is no reliable source saying either way.
