Nomad's POB[edit]

According to Marvel Universe Deluxe Edition #9, Nomad's place of birth is Naugatuck, Connecticut.

Split for Jack Monroe?[edit]

His section is virtually an article in itself and would seem better split off to a new article but I didn't want to propose it until I'd floated it on the talk page. (Emperor (talk) 20:42, 9 September 2009 (UTC))[reply]

I second that. It would make the page a lot more clearly. IchiGhost (talk) 16:16, 6 October 2009 (UTC)[reply]

I support this as well. I'll go ahead and do it.★Trekker (talk) 12:23, 12 January 2017 (UTC)[reply]

Origin of the name "Nomad"[edit]

Was reading the section on Nomad's origin story, and it says he took on the name because it means "man without a country." Does this explanation come from the pages of the comic? Because "nomad" actually means "wandering shepherd," ultimately from the Greek nomos, or "pasture."
