Additions I Made[edit]

I decided to add a more in-depth explanation of what North Carolina EOGs are and how they are scored. The three tables of cut scores are based off of what I found on the NCDPI website. There were also some grammar mistakes and a tiny bit of irrelevant information that I fixed and cut out. Let me know if there is anything else I should add!
