Access[edit]

There is now no bridge access to the platforms at Norton Bridge station. It appears that it is now actually closed. 16/07/2008 79.71.243.162 (talk) 17:05, 16 July 2008 (UTC)[reply]

National Rail still considers this station as "open" and will still happily sell tickets to/from it. The bus service mentioned in the article will accept said train tickets. Network Rail have announced modifications in the area of Norton Bridge, and they will likely remove the station entirely in the process. Whether this will be the final nail in the coffin or whether the bus service will continue to operate, I don't know. 217.46.235.185 (talk) 11:50, 3 December 2013 (UTC)[reply]
