Image:New Found Glory Nothing Gold Can Stay.jpg is being used on this article. I notice the image page specifies that the image is being used under fair use but there is no explanation or rationale as to why its use in this Wikipedia article constitutes fair use. Track listing[edit]

The article indicates there are two different versions of the album (one containing samplings from The Outsiders, one without). It seems likely that these two versions would have different track lengths. Is this the case, and if so, does the track listing in the article refer to the version without samplings? 24.184.97.102 (talk) 17:35, 2 May 2008 (UTC)[reply]

"Hit or Miss" is 3:15 only when the samples are not included, so one can assume these track listings are for the re-release (I am not sure about the others as I don't know if there were samples used in any other track but "Hit or Miss") - 67.187.245.98 (talk) 22:30, 12 October 2009 (UTC)[reply]
