Notice and Notice is not currently used in Canada. Bill C-60 died in an election, and is not currently law. Bill C-61 (2008), which also died in the 2008 elections, also proposed notice-and-notice, but again this bill is not yet law. The Current Canadian Copyright Act does not take into account the role of ISP's, and the leading Supreme Court Canada case (Tariff 22, in 2004) recommended a notice-and-take down regime to Parliament. 198.103.196.130 (talk) 15:46, 9 June 2009 (UTC)[reply]
