Cryo-EM[edit]
Pretty sure cryo-EM has been used for structure determination too. Seems amiss to omit that? Ptrw08 [TALK] 03:46, 27 December 2018 (UTC)
X-ray[edit]
The current article seems to suggest X-ray is not useful for nucleic acid structure determination. However, it has made a lot of important contributions.
- More details should be given about its meaningful contribution. Even structures with a binding-protein included are important.
- A meaningful way of comparing methods would be to get a graph of PDB structure like the one in protein structure determination (link)
- Pretty sure that Rosalind Franklin's work on DNA double helix structure with X-ray is worth a mention here.
