Query[edit]

The sentence "In other cases nudity has been forced on prisoners of war as forms of humiliation and abuse, as see in the Abu Ghraib torture and prisoner abuse scandal." and the accompanying photograph seems irrelevant.

Can someone explain it?

Relevance of This Article[edit]

Nudity in combat is such a small topic as to hold a separate article on its own. (Has the article ever had more information than half a page?). I propose it should be merged with the article Nudity. —Preceding unsigned comment added by 63.20.73.248 (talk) 16:08, 12 March 2009 (UTC)[reply]

Abu Ghrib Photo[edit]

I dont think it's suitable ot place the photo of abu ghri in this article , i am sure the people in the photo dont like thier photo to be placed in a public site to inidcate how nudity is used to insult people !!!!

The topic is nudity in combat not nudity in prison. I am deleting the picture and the narrative. This is off topic and demonstrates an agenda, but certainly does not improve the article. Storm Rider (talk) 21:30, 21 November 2006 (UTC)[reply]

Other examples[edit]

Are there any other examples of nudity in combat besides the Celtic examples and the couple African examples? Surely this phenomenon has occurred elsewhere in the world? -kotra (talk) 05:34, 26 March 2008 (UTC)[reply]
