Board of directors[edit]

I removed the Board of Directors section, that information is readily available at their website (to which I added a link) plus it will always be kept up-to-date there. Likewise I took out the section with the 2010 budget. Rissa, Guild of Copy Editors (talk) 03:43, 31 July 2015 (UTC)[reply]

Criticism looks very bare bones[edit]

The criticism section looks very bare bones. I'm worried that without a more fleshed out criticism section (and with the lengthy list of accomplishments), this article leans towards bias/promotionalism. Toad02 (talk) 19:47, 1 July 2019 (UTC)[reply]

Sources[edit]

Almost every source I have been able to check has not existed or did not support the claim it was being used to support. I have nor read through all sources (some aren't links as well), but I have extreme doubts about the quality of the sources. Additionally, after I cut out the bad citations, many sections are now supported only by self published sources. Toad02 (talk) 14:39, 12 July 2019 (UTC)[reply]

I have now checked every link on this page. The vast majority were errors, redirects to nothing, or did not support what they were being used to support. I cannot check the non-web sources, but I have serious doubts as to their validity. There is also a chance that this massive amount of errors is some network issue, so I would appreciate an editor who did not add them to check over some of the ones I deleted. This also leads me to questions about the bias of this page. Almost all of the faulty citation supported the organization directly, and none of it was used for criticism. Although it was likely just a series of mistakes, the sheer volume of false information makes me wonder. Toad02 (talk) 16:15, 12 July 2019 (UTC)[reply]
I've deleted most material with these erroneous citations. If you believe it should be tagged with citation needed instead, feel free to make that revert before discussing it on the talk page (I won't tag you for edit warring of whatever). Toad02 (talk) 17:42, 12 July 2019 (UTC)[reply]
