Meteorological history section, significant?[edit]

Currently the section mentions the possibly unusual nature of having multiple different, though individually mundane, weather phenomena at the same time in the United States. Is this truly significant, or just a bit of trivia? I personally consider it to be the latter. Stanislao Avogadro (talk) 17:54, 9 October 2013 (UTC)[reply]

I would agree, but as of today one of the previously EF2 tornadoes has been upgraded to an EF4, making this the most violent October tornado outbreak ever recorded. That is significant.
