On the topic of Ofer Dekel's citations[edit]

I have removed the {{proposed deletion/dated}} template because Ofer Dekel is notable within the Computation Science sphere, & happens to be well cited.

http://academic.research.microsoft.com/Author/3314685/ofer-dekel lists him as "Cited by 831 authors".

According to Google Scholar, the researcher Ofer Dekel has co-authored about 60 papers. On many of them, he was the lead author. The first three in the list had 621, 146, & 122 citations respectfully. As a researcher at Microsoft, Ofer Dekel may not be at an academic institution, which might account for his lower visibility on general Google searches, but he certainly does seem to be well known in the research community.

I plan to expand the article somewhat over the next couple of days, & further over the next couple of weeks.
