'International' Workers of the World[edit]

I'm working on correcting about 15 instances of mistaken references to the Industrial Workers of the World as "International Workers of the World", and changed this article appropriately. However, I should note that the reference given for the line[1] also contains this probable mistake. It is unlikely that the source actually meant an organization by the "International" name; if there is evidence otherwise, please cite it and be cautioned that International Workers of the World article is currently a redirect to the "Industrial" one. Wallington - Private v Official Secretary[edit]

Wallington is to be removed from this page listed as a holder of the post of Official Secretary.

Wallington was made private secretary to the Governor-General on 1 January 1901^[1] but the post of Official Secretary did not exist until held by Sit George Steward and was classified as such on 27 March 1903^[2]. While the duties of Wallington as private secretary may have been the same as taken on by Steward, there continued to be private secretaries appointed after the position of official secretary was created in 1903. - Melbournite (talk) 00:43, 10 June 2020 (UTC)[reply]
