This page is too IT-centric

The criteria listed for offshore outsourcing relate only to IT projects and clearly imply something totally false: that factory labor cannot be offshore outsourced. I agree that this article should be merged with offshoring, as the issues discussed there relate to both types of offshoring (offshoring jobs within a company and offshoring jobs to another company, aka offshore outsourcing). Inconsistency in "Countries involved" Section

First, it mentions the Philippines as being involved in Customer Support, IT Support, Programming, Animation and Transcription. But later on it says the country is involved in Programming, R&D, Data Entry and Customer Support.
