Good start. I did some copyediting, but it needs a lot more (typos and such); I also left a few templates.
In terms of structure, I think you should get to your topic instead of describing olive oil so much at the start. You also need to format your references, if you need help let me know.
Once that is done, next steps could also include an:
- categories
- maybe a photo (?)
- links to other articles
- make sure it's not a Wikipedia:Orphan

Hey Jared I enjoyed reading and editing your article, really cool topic you picked out. I did most of the copyediting in the seaweed experimentation section, just re-wording a few awkward sentences. One recommendation I have in terms of content would be to provide some context about the importance of certain topics you touch on. For example, in the pruning section it may be a good idea to throw in a sentence or two explaining why pruning is good for the health of the tree or its importance in the production process. Overall I think you've got a great article here, keep it up dude!

I added some information about the Waterlea Farm to the Pender Island page: "Pender Island is home to Canada's first olive grove, Waterlea Farm. Owner Andrew Butt tends 100 olive trees in hopes to produce the first made-in-Canada olive oil," and a link to Olive production in Canada its see more section. "Canada's first olive grove" is also linked to this page. I also fixed a handful of typos, re-worded some awkward syntax, and provided more specific references for the frantoio and leccino cultivars mentioned in the first paragraph.
