Looks like it got the rationale, so should be ok now.

Merge me[edit]

Wind ENergy Data & Information (WENDI) Gateway is not the way we would normally title articles anyway (with the acronym in the middle?). That seemed to exist only for two years before the US government ran out of money. So it was suggested to be merged here, which sounds good.
