Blackmail[edit]

I just watched this film last night and I could have sworn they blackmailed him into becoming an engineer for the Third Reich (they were desperate for engineers, right?), not an informer. Did I hear that wrong? --ScreaminEagle (talk) 17:53, 28 March 2008 (UTC)[reply]

British DVD Release[edit]

I have rewritten this section. It was not written as a statement of fact, but as a not too subtly disguised campaign to get the film released on DVD in the United Kingdom. AlbertSM (talk) 20:45, 27 May 2011 (UTC)[reply]

Do you know anyone in the UK with a DVD player that will only play Region 2 DVDs? The vast, vast majority of them can play DVDs from any region so why not just buy the DVD from abroad like I did? Put the make & model of your DVD player into Google along with a term like "region free" and you'll probably find out how to make it play DVDs from any region. If perchance you do have one of the few DVD players that can't play DVDs from any region then you can play it in your computer. As long as you play it with a player like the VLC player that ignores region codes and not the Micro$oft media player which locks you in to one region. That's just the programme doing that, your DVD player can still play DVDs from any region. All this region coding is of dubious legality anyway. Infobox image[edit]

After some back-and-forth on which is the suitable image, I reverted back to one that is the most representative of the artwork employed and includes a "tag-line from the movie", as I felt the earlier image was a a poor image encompassing a lot of blank or dead space, and being washed out, as well. WP:NFCC #9 says, "Non-free content is allowed only in articles (not disambiguation pages), and only in article namespace", and this does not qualify to any exceptions. It's not something with any wiggle room; someone else would be coming here to make sure a copyrighted image does not display in this non-mainspace. I would recommend copying both poster images into MS Paint and uploading it to Imgur and providing the link here. Erik (talk | contribs) 17:48, 6 October 2011 (UTC)[reply]
