Obviously not a neutral representation of the policies in different countries and apparently written by Thai Nationalists, derogating the other countries mentioned, especially Burma.

I split off the last section, and titled it "Effectiveness". It explains why only Thailand's program was successful (without citation, and may be considered Original Research), and ends with a very non-neutral comment about AD. ShawnVW (talk) 04:10, 15 November 2019 (UTC)[reply]
