Wikify[edit]

The reason I inserted the Wikify tag was because I thought (and still think) that the article needs to be improved to meet Wikipedia standards of writing style, layout and citations. IMHO, the writing seems to be "rushed", the numbered list doesnt look right and references that are provided are not the way they should be in a Wikipedia article. If I had references to hand I would try to fix these but will hopefully get back to it if no one else does in the meantime.
