Libel suit, Word War vs. DOJ Chief[edit]

This war between a prelate and infamous DOJ Chief: On April, 2008, Raul M. Gonzalez ordered the filing of a libel case against Cruz on his disclosure of the presence of 19 usherettes of the Philippine Amusement and Gaming Corp. at the birthday party of First Gentleman Jose Miguel Arroyo in 2004. Cruz labeled them as GROs or guest relations officers. Gonzalez also supported the plan of pro-administration congressmen from Southern Luzon, to file complaint before the Vatican / Pope Benedict XVI for his “conduct unbecoming a bishop.”[1] --Florentino floro (talk) 09:56, 22 April 2008 (UTC)[reply]
