Typical nature of the offence[edit]

The article doesn't really give a good impression of what sort of conduct constitutes "outraging public decency" according to case law. Some more examples would be helpful. Hairy Dude (talk) 05:49, 12 February 2019 (UTC)[reply]

Outside England and Wales[edit]

"Outraging public decency" exists in Oklahoma (see this news report), but it is statutory (21 OK Stat § 21-22 (2014)).
There is currently a pending prosecution for outraging public decency in Melbourne, with a question as to whether the offence exists: according to this news report, it has previously been charged in Australia.
A citation for Hong Kong would be helpful.
