This is a well done article and it addresses several of the positive issues regarding this financing approach. In order to balance the article, I would suggest mentioning the potential short-comings of PACE funding mechanisms, such as lien priority and government loan efficiency. 76.217.96.100 (talk) 22:21, 19 August 2010 (UTC) John Norton[reply]

However, it is limited by referencing pages on www.pacefinancing.org, all of which are currently redirected to "http://solarfinancing.1bog.org/pace-program-solar-financing/," which states incorrectly that "the PACE program is currently on hold until further notice."

While it is true that residential PACE is held up by FHFA, commercial PACE is alive and well, and is being widely advocated and promoted by EPA, DOE, and PACENow.org. New Jersey is the latest state to approve PACE legislation, allowing both residential and commercial PACE. More information to be posted at http://njpace.net (forthcoming). 23 July 2012 Jonathan Cloud — Preceding unsigned comment added by 69.115.153.115 (talk) 20:55, 23 July 2012 (UTC)[reply]

Arkansas passed a PACE bill in April of 2013. I have not yet learned if any districts have been set up, or if the problems with lien priority for residential property owners have been addressed by the law. 70.178.234.162 (talk) 17:21, 26 August 2013 (UTC)[reply]
