Good Afternoon Bgwhite.

I seems that we disagree on a couple of things as it relates to the article concerning Paicines, CA.

The County of San Benito recognizes your unnamed resiviour as the Paicines Reservoir, as well as the plaque at the overlook of the reservoir

From the Paicines Ranch web page....

One of the things that makes the Paicines Ranch unique is the variety of water features, each of which creates different habitat and management challenges. They include the San Benito River, the Paicines Reservoir,Italic text the Teal Pond, and the Walnut Cienega. Our management strategy is to slow the water down, keep it out of the river and flowing across the landscape for as long as possible, and create as much healthy, diverse wetland habitat as possible. All of the wetlands and riparian areas are grazed using holistic planned grazing concepts.

In 1873 he gained statewide, and then nationwide, notoriety. Vásquez and his gang stole $2,200 from Snyder's Store in Tres Pinos, now called Paicines, in San Benito County, killing three innocent bystanders in the process.

The bandit gained National attention for his gang activities in San Benito county as well as the store he robbed and killed, reference is another wiki page.

Sallie Calhoun is the current owner of the ranch?

Please help me understand your concern and reason for reverting?

Joe.nehls from looking at the changes, it appears to be vandalism. However, as you are asking questions, that is obviously no longer the case.

It is actuality saying to redirect the Paicines, California page to the Tiburcio Vásquez article. You need to add this like all the other wikilinks in the article, with [[ ]] brackets. This paragraph is incorrect: "The town of Paicines was originally located 5 miles north of the town of Tres Pinos. The opposite is true today."
