Capacity[edit]

Hey, since I wanted to train my brain a bit xD I checked it without calculator... Nameplace capacity in the infobox: 4,040 MW

Generators: 2 x 670 MW, 2 x 610, 1 x 850... I came to something like 3,300 to 3,400... but no way 4,040 MW?! So new generators (another of the 670 MW size for example, since another ~850 MW would be too large, except they took of weaker generator units offline an replaced them by another stronger one?! • Try adding it up again (including all of the capacity listed). Total comes to around 4,800 MW. It isn't clear why the nameplate capacity is lower. I presume there is some technical reason for this. This sort of thing gets into technicalities which it is not possible to sort out without internal information from the plant. The main point is that the power plant is large -- roughly around 4,000 MW. Pmccawley (talk) 23:17, 15 September 2016 (UTC)[reply]
