I saw the review comments by SarahStierch and in most cases see where my own additions to this article were too graduate studenty to help. I don't understand the comments about documentation, as this article seems to me more documented than most. I see additions by others who have covered areas I am not familiar with, so have not meddled there. Sorry if I got too detailed. I've been a reader of hers for a long time, know a lot about her reputation, am a professional historian myself, and very recently joined the staff at the university where she teaches.
