Title[edit]

After kicking around the idea of declining the foundation itself is notable enough do to the article and has had sufficient mentions in my eyes. The citations may not be in wiki mark up, but this definitely qualifies for stub-class mostly due to its length, unique and limited audience and the fact it is active with government recognition. I've changed the name from Panathlon Challenge to Panathlon Foundation to reflect the information here; as a single event does not cover the foundation and no such page exists for the foundation.

I questioned the neutrality of the article as the editor seems to share ties with Panathon, but the facts are supported. Though for a stub-class and heavily sourced article it does not require the flag.

I think the clear problem is that the sources in the article address the Panathlon event, not the charitable organisation behind it. The Panathlon Foundation is clearly not notable. In fact, the only source to even mention the Foundation is (1) from the Leisure Review Magazine. In reality, the article should be called Panathlon and concentrate on describing the Games event.
