Question: shouldn't "free software" be written with a capital F and S? We are talking about Free as in GNU, not free as in a subjective, relative lack of of restrictions. Because it's a pretty darn free license in the conventional sense. /anon

Just wandering by, this article isn't exactly accurate at this part:

"An electronic copy of the source code for major modifications that You make to the Software should be forwarded to Licensor at Panda.Project@Disney.com...

This clause requires you to give any modifications you make back to Disney."

Ok, the reason that isn't necessarily accurate is the "should" clause in ambiguous. Should doesn't necessarily mean that you have to give the code back to Disney, just that it is suggested. It would be up to a court to interpret the meaning of should in this context. There's a forum thread about this clause somewhere on the Panda3d web site.
