Wrong article for title[edit]

This is supposed to be the article discussing a district of Afghanistan but instead it is a repeat of information that should be in the Punjab, India article. The content from this should be merged into Punjab, India and this article needs to be written from scratch in order to address the district in which Panjab, Afghanistan is, shouldn't it? 2B or not 2B (talk) 23:02, 16 June 2012 (UTC)[reply]

When you have finished reviewing my changes, please set the checked parameter below to true or failed to let others know (documentation at {{Sourcecheck}}).
