Should be an easy one. Will review this article. I'm not gonna lie, GA nominations give me more faith in humanity. GeraldWL 15:47, 15 December 2020 (UTC)[reply]

Thanks! ---Another Believer (Talk) 16:27, 15 December 2020 (UTC)[reply]

Description[edit]

  • Link California and Mexico? GeraldWL 15:56, 15 December 2020 (UTC)[reply]
     Done ---Another Believer (Talk) 16:12, 15 December 2020 (UTC)[reply]
  • I will not assume it's a painting of a Corona and a lime. GeraldWL 15:56, 15 December 2020 (UTC)[reply]
I've linked to Corona (beer). ---Another Believer (Talk) 16:13, 15 December 2020 (UTC)[reply]
I know. First time I've heard of that beer name. My surprise towards the name probably is what happens when your life is fully Smirnoff. GeraldWL 16:41, 15 December 2020 (UTC)[reply]
  • "as "a popular late-night destination for hungry club and bar patrons" prior to the COVID-19 pandemic." Is Zukin referring to the resto's state before the pandemic? If so, I recommend making it ""...and bar patrons"— that is, prior to the COVID-19 pandemic." GeraldWL 15:56, 15 December 2020 (UTC)[reply]
I've changed the text, not exactly as suggested but enough to make this more clear. ---Another Believer (Talk) 16:14, 15 December 2020 (UTC)[reply]

Menu[edit]

  • Whoa, whoa, whoa! Not so hot, man. GeraldWL 15:56, 15 December 2020 (UTC)[reply]
Gerald Waldo Luis, So, this one's tough, because a lot of the entree options use similar ingredients and the sources describe them in various ways. I understand citation overkill, but in this case I think the four citations actually work well together to provide an adequate summary of the menu. ---Another Believer (Talk) 16:15, 15 December 2020 (UTC)[reply]
Another Believer, mind excuse as I read the citations? GeraldWL 16:24, 15 December 2020 (UTC)[reply]
Gerald Waldo Luis, Sure, feel free to review sources and determine if there's a citation to move so they are not all bundled at the end. I do think they are all helpful, though. ---Another Believer (Talk) 16:28, 15 December 2020 (UTC)[reply]
Another Believer, So.... this is a doozy. But quantitatively and qualitatively, I'll say I change my mind: latter's better-- we don't need more citation templates ( ͡° ͜ʖ ͡°). GeraldWL 16:31, 15 December 2020 (UTC)[reply]
  • "margaritas on tap"-- sounds like "on tap" is a slang. Mind explaining or clarifying? GeraldWL 15:56, 15 December 2020 (UTC)[reply]
Gerald Waldo Luis, Well, "on tap" redirects to Draught beer, but margaritas are not beer so I don't think the link applies. In this case, "on tap" just means patrons are poured margaritas from a big batch of pre-made drink, as opposed to a single-made speciality cocktail. ---Another Believer (Talk) 16:17, 15 December 2020 (UTC)[reply]
Another Believer, perhaps why "on tap" redirects to Draught beer is cause of it being served in a cask. Did a Bing check, and apparently there are margas served in a cask. Maybe we can link on tap to cask ale? GeraldWL 16:38, 15 December 2020 (UTC)[reply]
Gerald Waldo Luis, I don't think we should link to anything beer-related. ---Another Believer (Talk) 16:57, 15 December 2020 (UTC)[reply]
Another Believer, so I did a check, Oxford said that, in terms of drinks, it means "ready to be poured from a tap." I do think there has to be a simpler wording, or clarification. There is a Wiktionary entry, but to call it a beer, I find is misleading. GeraldWL 17:03, 15 December 2020 (UTC)[reply]
Agreed, thanks. ---Another Believer (Talk) 17:04, 15 December 2020 (UTC)[reply]
