Illegality[edit]

The article states that "it has become apparent that should the identify of physicians participating in executions be revealed, those participating would become liable to criminal prosecution" There's no citation. Inasmuch as the executions are state-sanctioned, and doctors participating therein are paid by the state, criminal prosecution is completely out of the question, at least in my mind. It's like saying something in the constitution is unconstitutional. I think there could be ethical sanction by an ethics board, but "criminal prosecution" is a stretch. —Preceding unsigned comment added by 99.141.101.18 (talk) 19:42, 26 November 2008 (UTC)[reply]

I've removed that. --Jatkins (talk - contribs) 19:18, 4 March 2009 (UTC)[reply]

non-MD personnel?[edit]

This article seems to focus only on Medical Doctors in executions. What about nurses or medical technicians, or even phlebotomists? 24.31.253.151 (talk) 18:20, 25 July 2012 (UTC)user:namangwari 25 July 2012[reply]
