Notability[edit]

This topic, and it's obvious civil rights implications, is in the spotlight right now before one of the most significant Presidential elections in US history. Does it not deserve a significant importance rating in light of this?Critical Chris (talk) 12:07, 8 October 2008 (UTC)[reply]

I personally think it would be more appropriate to include this topic in a broader article on Electioneering, which currently (and I believe incorrectly) redirects to Political campaign. -- Electiontechnology (talk) 16:56, 8 October 2008 (UTC)[reply]
But it's making national headlines guy! That's what I call notability. I've added yet another news story from the Associated Press about Passive Electioneering in Virginia a key swing state in the Presidential election. Likewise, I've boldly removed the notability tag and the references needed tag. Four references for a start class level article isn't much, but it ain't nothin'!Critical Chris (talk) 15:05, 15 October 2008 (UTC)[reply]
