Parachute Battalion[edit]

According to the Raid on Choiseul article, the raid was done by elements of the 2nd Parachute Battalion. Yet this article says that it was done by the 1st Parachute Battalion. What's up with that? Rclocher3 (talk) 21:43, 9 November 2010 (UTC)[reply]

It was corrected some time ago. Kierzek (talk) 20:36, 1 April 2018 (UTC)[reply]

There are fragments of PT-59 at Battleship Cove, Fall River, MA as of Nov 2021 when I visited (in the same building as PT-617, near the windows where you can see PT-796 under restoration). Unsure as to what the final plan is though; it was a flying visit not long after I'd landed. 81.97.85.167 (talk) 19:57, 3 May 2022 (UTC)[reply]
