Contested deletion[edit]

This article should not be speedily deleted for lack of asserted importance because... I have since added roughly 1,000 bytes on notability: PJ Phelan was the manager of a Canadian food empire that sold $1.9 billion in the year of his death. He is significant if you have ever drank a Second Cup coffee, eaten a Harvey's burger or a Swiss Chalet chicken dinner, etc. This food empire status was not mentioned when another person nominated the article for speedy deletion, but it is now.
