Place of birth[edit]

The Property Week article states Stanmore, Middx. This edit changed the place of birth to Middlesex Hospital, London. Unless a citation is provided shortly, I propose to revert the change. - Fayenatic (talk) 13:29, 23 September 2010 (UTC)[reply]

Former debts to Joe Lewis[edit]

Various anon editors (108.176.58.170, 173.3.218.45, 99.234.80.135) keep removing Joe Lewis from the list of creditors who lost out by Kemsley's bankruptcy. The IBT citation is clear on that point, so I have again reinstated the statement. If anyone has grounds for removing it, please explain here. – Fayenatic London 13:38, 15 August 2014 (UTC)[reply]

Legal Issues and Debts[edit]

On Wed June 19th 2019, Kemsley is ordered by a judge in California to disclose all of his assets, bank accounts, and properties on the record in relation to a lawsuit against that he lost, where the Plaintiff has a judgment for over $2 million - so far, that Plaintiff has been able to garnish one of Kemsley's account in the amount of $30,000, and is seeking knowledge to the location of the rest of his assets for collection of the judgment and debt.

Let's keep watching this and make sure to to add another section to this page about the lawsuit he already lost and the judgment and any future garnishments that are reported. It is suspected that if Kemsley owns real estate that will soon be foreclosed on. Further he owes taxes to the United States for approx $1 million dollars as of June of 2019. This is another case to watch b/c the govt has a lien on his property, but his other creditors with judgments want that property foreclosed on or auctioned to collect their money and will have to get in line behind the US Govt.

If anyone has more information please post on the regular page. There are several other cases against the Kemsley's as well for not paying their debts and trying to grift by, but right now the one I mentioned above is the most important b/c there was already a judgment against him and we are in the collection phase now.
