Nationality[edit]

English or American? How long has he lived in England? Does he have English ancestry?—Preceding unsigned comment added by MartinUK (talk • contribs)

He is American. Born there and an American citizen. See here. The Anglo-American business in the article is a nonsense but I have given up trying to alter it. BlueValour 20:18, 15 January 2007 (UTC)[reply]
