The pronunciation is wrong[edit]

Paulo is a Spanish name, so [ˈpaulo] is right. But Dybala(Dybała) is a Polish surname. Dybala himself and Spanish native speakers pronounce it [diˈbala], which is neither Spanish pronunciation([ðiˈβala]) nor Polish pronunciation([dɨˈbawa]). So I don't know if it is pronounced [ˈpaulo diˈbala] or IPA: [ˈpaulo diˈbala] or pronounced [ˈpaulo diˈbala]. And I can't edit it so @Mr KEBAB:. Not done: First, the Forvo recording says [ˈpaulo diˈβala], not [ˈpaulo diˈbala]. It can not serve as a reference for Spanish native speakers, let alone Dybala himself, as it is just one person speaking in a rather formal situation (which does matter). What you're saying is not only extremely unlikely but simply not true. To Spanish native speakers, [d] and [ð] as well as [b] and [β] belong to the same phonemes /d/ and /b/. There's no chance that a native speaker would consciously use one or the other in disagreement with the rules of Spanish lenition (which vary somewhat from dialect to dialect), unless we count slips of the tongue (which are unintended).

I suggest that you take a break from editing pronunciations and read more literature on various accents of Spanish. The information on Standard European Spanish that you can find here on Wikipedia serves as a limited guide to all of Spanish phonetics and phonology and is just a bit more than an invitation to explore other varieties yourself. Recently on Paulo Dybala's article you have reverted my edit that put the timespan of his career at 2015-2022, despite the fact that he confirmed that he's leaving the club. And if you check the view history, you can see that the user Dr Salvus was basically being a textbook warmonger. You'd do yourself a pleasure by self-reverting your edit. @Dr Salvus It's not just Pogba. Players such as Tchouameni and Nunez (leaving for Real Madrid and Liverpool respectively) have their current club start shown as 2020 and end as 2022. No need to break Wikipedia norms. Also, why are you even here and a completely different user's talk page. Is this your second account or something? @Fijipedia Nuñez and Tchouameni have arleady signed with their respective new teams, but Dybala hasn't yet. That's the rule and someone else would have reverted the edits. Then, you did ping me, so I knew your comment. The sentence about Dybala's last Juventus game may be notable for the standing ovation received, which no one can ever cancel. And no, we are not the same person at all.
