This is not a neutral point of view. — Preceding unsigned comment added by 24.218.56.76 (talk) 13:37, 5 August 2011 (UTC)[reply]

I don't see a problem. It's true the "Controversy" section is much larger than the rest. However, there appears to be a lot more publicly available information about the controversy than about the company itself. The discussion sticks to technical details -- possibly to a fault, as it may leave out the bigger picture. ALloydFlanagan (talk) 20:27, 5 August 2011 (UTC)[reply]

Revision 231732946 by Marklewyn (talk) was undone by myself as Mark Lewyn is the founder of Paxfire. Paxfire Management NicholasWeaver (talk) 17:50, 26 April 2011 (UTC)[reply]

I also do not see anything wrong about the incident or anything that is not neutral. I see a problem with the past vs. present tense of the article but that's minor. Damotclese (talk) 16:39, 6 September 2016 (UTC)[reply]

mistyped?[edit]

Twice in the article it says that Paxfire redirects "mistyped" url's. But that's not accurate! Most of the controversy comes from the fact that they (and ISP's using Paxfire) can set a list of up to 150 url's which the software will redirect elsewhere, even though the url was correctly typed.

Rather like malware, which has a list of the most common security site url's, and redirects them to prevent victims from removing their malware. T-bonham (talk) 03:42, 7 August 2011 (UTC)[reply]

Wrong tense[edit]

The article notes that the company is defunct and yet much of the text is in present tense. Does any editor feel the desire to fix the past/present tense of this article? Damotclese (talk) 16:38, 6 September 2016 (UTC)[reply]
