Requesting help from WikiProject Biography / Sports and Games[edit]

I've been working on this article from a Women scientists point-of-view. Requesting help with the following sports-related questions:

1. How do we determine which infobox should be used on an article? Follow-up question: How should her position be documented? Assinck played forward on the 2014 team, but currently plays defense. [1] 2. The name of the sport at the IPC level and the name of the Canadian team has changed (from ice sledge hockey to para ice hockey). There is discussion on the Sledge Hockey article talk page re: WP:COMMONNAME. I am unclear on whether or not the lead and section titles should be updated in this article. We have been reviewing this article and believe some clarification is needed. In the section "Sledge Hockey" it is mentioned that Assinck travelled to Sochi in 2014 with the Canada Women's National Sledge Hockey Team, but it is later stated that women's sledge hockey is not recognized as a Paralympic sport in the section "Community Involvement". Please clarify what she was doing in Sochi, as it is unclear if she was playing or just doing research. Kefleury (talk) —Preceding undated comment added 18:14, 12 February 2019 (UTC)[reply]

I think the section “Community Involvement” needs to be re-worded. The sentence “Peggy was always active as a kid which developed her interest in sledge hockey during her recovery” does not flow properly. Perhaps the word developed needs to be changed. Also, “then became advocating” in the following sentence changes tenses and needs to be corrected. Kefleury (talk) —Preceding undated comment added 17:10, 14 February 2019 (UTC)[reply]

Under the section " Learn to play Sledge Hockey Program", I think it would be beneficial if there was more information about what this group actually is. Also some more information about what her involvement was with the group would also strengthen your page. Esgarlock (talk) —Preceding undated comment added 17:15, 14 February 2019 (UTC)[reply]
